Initial Fitness assement

 

For an effective and safe Personal Training session you will need an initial one to one consultation with our personal trainer. During this session your long and short-term goals will be discussed, and the necessary information and measurements will be obtained, to enable us to tailor the program to your individual needs.           

These will include 

§         Height

§         Weight

§         BMI

§         Resting heart rate

§         Blood pressure

§         Peak flow measurement

§         Body composition

§         Muscle strength

§         Flexibility

§         Cardiovascular fitness

§         Diet and nutrition

§         Current activity level 

Results of the measurements taken during your initial consultation will be printed and made available to you.
