Jo Sealey trained at Bath University and graduated in 1995 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. After qualifying she moved to the Portsmouth area and gained experience as a junior physiotherapist in various specialities within Queen Alexandra and St Mary's hospitals. Jo then took a Senior musculo-skeletal post at St Mary's hospital, where she still works part time as a Team Leader in the outpatients department.

Jo joined Grosvenor Physiotherapy in 1993 and has a varied case load including rehabilitation, musculo-skeletal and spinal problems. She has a special interest in foot, ankle and lower limb rehabilitation after injury and surgery

Jo is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and where applicable uses acupuncture as part of her treatment.
